Control Line Spoolers
Our range of Compact Control Line Spoolers are exceptionally sturdy and built on years of operations. The design has been verified in minute detail in close cooperation with the operators to make sure all details are well designed and built. The result has been years of trouble-free operation.
We have two standard models:
CCLS-S:
- Maximum drum diameter: 1300 mm
- Maximum drum weight: 3300 kg
- Drum width: 1060 mm
CCLS-L:
- Maximum drum diameter: 1835 mm
- Maximum drum weight: 7500 kg
- Drum width: 1500 mm
Both types can be equipped with a remote operated spooling device positioned on top of the spoolers to improve spooling onto drums when pulling out control lines.

Remote Controlled Hole Cover
The Remote Controlled Hole Cover improves safety and efficiency during well operations by keeping dropped objects out of the well while reducing personnel exposure in the red zone. The lightweight and robust design follows tubular movement dynamically and can be installed and removed by hand.

Control Line Guide Arm (CLGA)
The Control Line Guide Arm (CLGA) provides accurate positioning and alignment of control lines during clamp installation. Its robust guide head maintains the lines in the correct position, enabling faster clamp installation while reducing manual handling and improving HSE. The unit can be customized to different rig interfaces and is designed for reliable operation in demanding drilling environments.
